Holiday opening hours

Orders shipping from China around and during Chinese New Year (CNY) February 17th till March 3rd.

During this period transportation might be difficult or delayed because of high demand for vessels/flights/courier services. 

Our Shenzhen warehouse is closed from February 13th until February 24th, no orders can be packed during that time.

Customs warehouse will close around February 12th and trucking companies will close as from February 10th. However, please keep in mind that there will be hundreds of trucks in line to deliver goods to the Customs warehouse before the holiday starts. This happens every year. Our advice is to arrange shipment at least 10 days prior to February 10th.

As of now, the factories are not accepting any new orders. Production of new items or any special requests can only be executed after CNY again. Factories will re-open on March 15th and reach normal production capacity by March 30th.
