Terms & conditions

Confirmed orders

Confirmed orders can no longer be cancelled, nor can items/quantities be removed from the order.
Adding additional items is possible, these may or may not be placed on a new order. Please note that when the original order is packed already, the additional items might be packed separately, this may result in additional transport costs.

Samples

  • In 2025 samples will be charged at 50% of the applicable item value. Delivery of samples will be based on Incoterms® 2020 Delivered At Place (DAP). Or according to the applicable Incoterm for regular orders, for example, Incoterms® 2020 Free Carrier (FCA).
  • An exception to the above are samples sent directly to the end user for the purpose of a tender for example. No costs will be charged for these samples. Delivery of these samples will be based on Incoterms® 2020 Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
  • For newly released cutlery items Sola B.V. will send up to 3 sets of samples free of charge. Delivery is based on Incoterms® 2020 Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
